ScopoGen Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility for Digital Products:
- As a provider of digital products and services, ScopoGen generally does not offer refunds for products or subscription plans already purchased.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription plans at any time. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund for the remaining subscription period.
- Refund Eligibility for Physical Products:
- Refunds for physical products may be considered if the product is damaged upon arrival or if there is a significant defect. Please contact us at info@scopogen.com within 07 days of receiving the product, including a description of the issue and supporting evidence such as photographs.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.
- Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price (on sale) are not eligible for refunds.
- Product Exchange: Customers can request an exchange for a new product by contacting us at info@scopogen.com.Â
- Billing Errors: In the event of billing errors or unauthorized charges, please contact us immediately at info@scopogen.com for resolution.
- Refund Process
- Notification: To request a refund for a physical product, notify us at info@scopogen.com within the specified timeframe.
- Investigation: Provide a detailed description of the issue, supporting evidence such as photographs, and proof of purchase. We will review your request and may request additional information.
- Decision: Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of ScopoGen. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- Exceptions – Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Refunds are not applicable if the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from user error, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product.
- Refund Processing: Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
